Trusted Advisory Group LLC | Senior Project Manager (Washington, DC-Hybrid: 3 days/week in office required). (multiple positions). 
 
Develop and maintain internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the management team in construction project implementations. Establish, track, and evaluate project performance criteria to satisfy client expectations and audit project overall conformity and compliance with local and federal regulations. Manage design process, oversee on-site project execution (construction administration), and conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Plan, allocate, and organize project staff and resources based on the project scope, budget, and duration. Develop relationships with project stakeholders, liaise with clients, manage communications, and resolve project conflicts and disputes. Create project planning and baseline schedules to identify timing and resource requirements and control the progress during the project execution at different stages. Estimate the project cost, monitor the budget and cash flow, and prepare financial reports and key metrics. Manage overall administration of contracts and project procurements including creating bid specifications, processing bid leveling and negotiating contracts. Proactively identify potential risks, assess the probability and impact of the risk by analyzing relevant data, and address the risks through proper mitigation plans. Manage project logs and reports on budgets, schedules, risks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate to leadership and clients as required. Review interim and final construction invoices and approve payment applications. Perform change order management, value engineering, and claims avoidance on behalf of the client. Manage and/or facilitate project closeout process including punch list, commissioning and final account. Determine the highest and best use for real properties based on the zoning ordinances and real estate market analysis. Create feasibility studies, develop financial models and proforma, and recommend different alternatives for ground-up and value-added real estate deals. Coach and mentor junior-level colleagues.  Hybrid work permitted: 3 days per week in the office required. Also requires travel to client sites within the Washington DC Metro Area up to one day per week (20%).
 
Salary: $154,315/year.
 
Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architectural Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field  and two (2) years work experience in the job offered or in a related position planning and coordinating construction projects and managing ground-up development and capital improvement programs with design and construction processes. In the alternative, Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architectural Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field and five (5) years work experience in the job offered or in a related position planning and coordinating construction projects and managing ground-up development and capital improvement programs with design and construction processes.
 
Also requires two (2) years’ experience in each of the following : (i) Managing multiple project-related activities and the project team using Industry-specific Project Management Information System (PMIS) software; (ii) Creating reports and presentations for clients and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) using MS PowerPoint; (iii) creating project budget based on selected building systems, materials, specifications and the breakdown of hard and soft costs associated with construction using MS Excel; (iv) Coordinating the scope of project disciplines based on construction drawings using Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, overseeing construction administration, and evaluating construction documents including Materials take-offs (MTOs), Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, payments, and change orders using MS Excel and PMIS software; (v) Selecting and negotiating different construction contract types to benefit clients and creating project schedule using MS Project/Primavera.  Send resume with cover letter to Trusted Advisory Group LLC, Ref# MAK2025, office@trustedagi.com.
