Key Responsibilities
planning, executing, and managing projects end to end; developing schedules, budgets, and forecasts; coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; managing procurement, project costs, and change orders; leading project meetings; ensuring compliance with safety and building codes; overseeing quality control and closeout documentation.

Senior Project Manager 7-10 YEARS
Summary
The Senior Project Manager oversees and leads the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, requiring expert knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies, and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
leading project teams and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors; overseeing budget and cost management; managing risk, quality control, and compliance; maintaining project schedules; managing subcontractors and vendors; preparing detailed project reporting and documentation.
